First thought, my hair. From having bleached the roots so many times to keep up the pink color i once had, really damage my roots, went from thick to fine roots. Thankfully the rest of my hair isnt too bad. I still have thick hair just not in the roots no more. From really looking at it, just makes me think. Theres nothing i can do to fix the damage that is done, only to maintain it. So Im going back to dark brown which is now my natural hair color, which does make me feel so plane jane. Though i can change it up with adding feather extensions or bling strings, or even clip on colors for a fun look. I know my future self will thank me.

”The way to happiness: Keep your heart free from hate, your mind from worry. Live simply, expect little, give much. Be grateful, scatter sunshine, let go, trust self and think of others. Try this for a week and you will be surprised the beauty that life has to offer you.”

“Stop and make sure that everything you’re doing right now is really what makes you happy. You can’t just live for some goal in the future and have that be everything or have that be it. What if you get there and get exactly what you want-except all the things that were wrong are still wrong? If you want guarantees in life then u don’t want life. You want rehearsals for a script that’s already been written. Stop wasting life.”

That is a very interesting quote. since I was 19, i knew i have lots of talents and interest in different types of careers, but i always set myself to one thing, then to another, then to another, then to another. It also doesn't help that, I somehow always find a new thing im interested in. It is neat to have many different interest in doing things from all the different types careers that are out there. But choosing just one, is still this day very hard for me to do.

The first sentence of the quote, is exactly what i would pause myself and ask myself all the time before i decide to do it. my fear is ending up not enjoying my career or careers in my case, lol. Ending up complaining bout having to go to work, not enjoying the moment to wake up early to go to work, complaining bout how stressful it is and can't wait for retirement to do something else.

Im sure my fear wont come true in the near future, but i always do stop myself and ask, will this still make me happy further on in my life?

You need to have a me time no matter if its a few hrs to a few mins of your day. Cause when you don't. Life begins to feel like an endless treadmill, like a circle game. you rely on the same old coping mechanisms, following the same grooves, wondering why you don't feel inspired or even, sometimes , able to cope. But finding time for yourself to take care of you, will give you strength, stamina, and inspiration to keep yourself at bay and move forward in your day with grace, and serenity.

A problem doesn't even look like a problem anymore, when resting your attention to your heart of meditation for 30mins will turn a bad day to a good one, a feeling of being stuck into a creative breakthrough.

The word yoga means a physical practice, mental discipline,or devotional attitude, but, in my experience, yoga is more than just postures, philosophical tenets, or esoteric ideals. Yoga is an opportunity to foster awareness, to really get to know yourself, and, on a practical level, to make conscious choices in your life.

If you cultivate awareness as you move through asanas or meditate, you begin to notice your expectations, reactions, desires, and all kinds of emotional and behavioral patterns. Over time, as you observe patterns that do and don't contribute to your well-being, and as the discipline you develop on the mat that flows over into the rest of life, you will often find yourself making healthier choices. this is such a common phenomenon that yoga has become celebrated as an agent of positive change. That change is from you, from finding yourself within the mat. " Namaste"

" Something wonderful begins to happen with the simple realization that life, like an automobile, is driven from the inside out, not the other way around. As you focus more on becoming more peaceful with where you are, rather than focusing on where you would rather be, you begin to find peace right now, in the present. Then, as you move around, try new things, and meet new people, you carry that sense of inner peace with you. It’s absolutely true that, “Wherever you go, there you are. "

“What if?” That’s the worst question of them all. It’s filled with the could-have-beens, unfulfilled wishes, and potential promises. So why not live as if you couldn’t fail?  I’m ready to try. I’m ready to live. I’m ready to just go for it.
